दोस्तों नमस्ते, कैसे हैं सभी, GOD से प्रर्थना करता हूँ कि सब ठीक से होंगे।
"जियो जी भरके" के इस तीसरी कड़ी में आज हम आप सभी के साथ प्रार्थना की शक्ति से अपनी लाइफ में कैसे खुस रहें, के बारे में चर्चा करेंगे :-
दोस्तों, हमलोग रोज सुबह या कभी न कभी अपने परमात्मा से प्रार्थना करते ही हैं कि सब अच्छा रहे, सब कुछ ठीक से चलता रहे। परन्तु कभी कभी हमारा मन उदास हो जाता है। आपने परमात्मा की दी हुयी प्रार्थना की शक्ति या दुवाओं की शक्ति को भूल जाते है। आईये अब निचे दिए गए कुछ बिंदुओं से हमलोग इसी बारे में उदहारण/कहानी के साथ समझते हैं :-
कई लोगों को ऐसा लगता है कि भगवान सबकी सुनता है सबकी विश पूरी करते हैं, लेकिन मेरी बात को नहीं सुनते, मेरी विश पूरी नहीं होती मेरी, इच्छाएं पूरी नहीं होती, जो हम मांगते हैं, वो हमें मिलता नहीं है। और बहुत से लोग प्रार्थना में प्रेयर में माँगते ही नहीं है उन्हें लगता है कि प्रार्थना करने से कुछ नहीं होता, क्योंकि उन्हे यह लगता है कि हमने बहुत प्रार्थना करके देख लिया जो हमने माँगा वो हमें मिला ही नहीं। इसलिए हम प्रार्थना ही नहीं करते।
वास्तव में प्रार्थना का असली अर्थ, असली भाव लोग समझ ही नहीं पाते। यह अस्तित्व, जिसे हम प्रकृति भी कहते हैं, जिसे हम परमात्मा भी कहते हैं, उसी की शक्ति से हम चल रहे हैं।
भगवत गीता में श्रीकृष्ण ने कहा है अर्जुन से यह मनुष्य माने चाहे ना माने पर इसको प्रकृति ने ही धारण कर रखा है।
अब पहले हम यह समझे कि प्रार्थना काम कैसे करती है। जैसे आपके घर में इलेक्ट्रिसिटी का बिजली का कनेक्शन है, तो क्या अपने आप सारी लाइट जल जाती है, क्या अपने आप आपका फोन चार्ज हो जाता है, नहीं, आपको अपना फोन चार्ज करने के लिए इलेक्ट्रिसिटी के साथ अपने फोन के चार्जर को कनेक्ट करना पड़ता है। तब आपका फोन चार्ज होता है। ऐसी ही जब हम उस परम शक्ति के साथ अपनी प्रार्थना ओं का चार्जर कनेक्ट करते हैं। हमारे भीतर उस परम शक्ति के द्वारा ऊर्जा प्रवाहित होने लगती है।
परमात्मा परम शक्ति का नाम है कोई हमारा नौकर नहीं है। जो हमने ऑर्डर किया और हमारी इच्छा पूरी हो गई।
प्रार्थना करने के सबसे बड़े 3 फायदे होते हैं एक तो आपके अंदर शांति आती है और आपका मन शांत होता है और शांत मन से आप बेहतर जिंदगी जी पाते हैं और दूसरी बात आपके भीतर विश्वास जगता है, आप अपने डर के आगे सोच पाते हैं, आपके अंदर कॉन्फिडेंस आ जाता है, हिम्मत आ जाती है। तीसरी बात आपके भीतर एक शक्ति आ जाती है, उस विश्वास से कि परमात्मा मेरे साथ है, वह मेरी मदद जरूर करेंगे। जब आप प्रार्थना में अस्तित्व से, परमात्मा से सहायता मांगते हैं, तो वे किसी न किसी रूप में, आपको वो सहायता जरूर पहुंचाते हैं। पर इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि आप कुछ भी ना करें कहते हैं कि आलसी इंसान को देखकर परमात्मा भी घबरा जाता है। परमात्मा उनही के लिए कुछ करता है जो खुद कुछ करने के लिए आगे कदम बढ़ाते हैं।
इससे सम्बंधित एक मजेदार कहानी है, एक बार एक किसान किसी दूर गांव में रहता था। चारों तरफ गड्ढों में पानी भरा हुआ था। कच्ची सड़क बारिश की वजह से फिसलन भरी हो गई थी। सुबह सुबह वह किसान बैलगाड़ी को लेकर धन कमाने के लिए बाजार जा रहा था। लेकिन बारिश की वजह से उसे बहुत दिक्कत हो रही थी। फिर भी किसान धीरे-धीरे सावधानी से अपनी बैलगाड़ी को बाजार की तरफ ले जा रहा था। लेकिन अचानक रास्ते में एक गड्ढा आया और बैल गाड़ी का पहिया गड्ढे में फंस गया और यह देखकर किसान मन ही मन परमात्मा को शिकायत करने लगा कि मेरे पास वैसे ही पैसों की कमी है, बारिश हो रही है और ऊपर से मेरी बैलगाड़ी इस कीचड़ में फंस गई है। बहुत उल्टी-सीधी बातें परमात्मा के लिए कहने लगा। कि तुम मुझे जानबूझकर दुख देता है और यहां कोई मेरी मदद करने वाला भी नहीं दिख रहा। फिर वहां से एक व्यक्ति गुजरा उसने किसान से पूछा तुम इतने परेशान क्यों है। वह बोला, मैं सुबह से यहां बैठा हूं मेरी गाड़ी फस गई है मेरा तो नसीब ही खराब है। भगवान ने मेरे साथ बहुत अन्याय किया है। तो उस व्यक्ति ने कहा, तो इतनी देर से यहां बैठकर अपने भाग्य को पूछ रहा है। परमात्मा को पूछ रहा है या तूने खुद कोशिश की बैलगाड़ी को कीचड़ से निकालने की, एक बार भी अपनी तरफ से प्रयास किया। किसान बोला नहीं मैंने कोशिश नहीं की, तो फिर उस व्यक्ति ने कहा कि आप बैलगाड़ी को बाहर निकालने की कोशिश करो। मैं भी आपकी मदद करता हूं, फिर उन दोनों ने मिलकर उस बैलगाड़ी को गड्ढे से बाहर निकाल दिया। अधिकतर लोग ऐसे ही होते हैं जो खुद कुछ नहीं करना चाहते, और अपने भाग्य को कोसते रहेंगे, परमात्मा को कोसते रहेंगे। उन्हें लगता है कि, परमात्मा ने उनके साथ बहुत गलत किया है। इंसान का स्वभाव ऐसा है, जाब भी वह कुछ अच्छा काम करता है ना तो उसका क्रेडिट वह किसी को नहीं देता है और जब कुछ बुरा होता है ना तो वह उसका जिम्मेदार किसी और को ठाहराता है, किसी और को बताता है।
जब तक आप खुद के लिए कोई कदम नहीं उठाएंगे तो परमात्मा या भाग्य आप के लिए क्या कर सकता है। अब आपके घर में पंखा लगा हुआ है, ऐरकंडिशनर लगा हुआ है, जब तक आप उसे ऑन नहीं करेंगे तब तक वह कैसे काम करेगा।
आईये इसी कड़ी में एक और कहानी बताता हूँ, एक गांव में एक व्यक्ति रहता था। उसने कहीं से सुन लिए था कि जब भी कोई मुश्किल हो तो परमात्मा बचाने के लिए जरूर आते हैं। एक दिन उस गाँव में बहुत तेज बारिश पड़ी। पूरा गांव पानी भर गया। उस व्यक्ति के घुटनों तक आने लगा, तभी वहां पर एक गाड़ी आई और गाड़ी में सवार व्यक्ति ने इस व्यक्ति को भी अपनी गाड़ी में बैठकर चलने के लिए कहा, उसने कहा मुझे तुम्हारी कोई जरूरत नहीं, मुझे परमात्मा बचाने आएंगे। वह गाड़ी वाला वहां से चला गया फिर पानी और बढ़ने लगा और वह वयक्ति पानी में डूब कर मर गया। मरकर वह परमात्मा के सामने गया तो कहने लगा मुझे बचाने के लिए नहीं आए। मैंने जिंदगी भर यही सुना है कि जब भी कोई मुश्किल होती है, तो परमात्मा बचाने के लिए आते हैं, लेकिन आप मुझे बचाने के लिए क्यों नहीं आए, परमात्मा ने कहा, मैं तेरे पास दो बार बचाने के लिए आया। एक बार उस गाड़ी वाले के रूप में और एक बार नाव वाले के रूप में, पर तूने मुझे पहचाना ही नहीं, समझा ही नहीं, जाना ही नहीं।
दोस्तों, ऐसे ही आकर परमात्मा हमारी किसी न किसी रूप में आकर मदद करते हैं लेकिन हम उसे समझ नहीं पाते। परमात्मा का कोई आकार नहीं है, सारे आकार उनही के है, सारे रंग रूप उनही के है, वह चाहे जिस रूप में आपकी मदद करदें।
आपकी प्रार्थनाओं में आपकी दुआओं में असर तभी होगा, जब आपको अपनी दुआओं पर, अपनी प्रार्थनाओं पर विश्वास होगा, बहुत तकलीफ होती ना, वो आपको न मिले जो आप पाना चाहते हो। जैसे एक बच्चा अपने माता-पिता से जिद करता है, कि उसे चाकू के साथ खेलना है और उसके मां-बाप उसे रोकते हैं, मना करते हैं, समझ में नहीं आता कि मेरे मां-बाप मुझे खेलने से क्यों रोकते हैं, मेरे साथ दुश्मन की तरह व्यवहार करते हैं, उसके मां-बाप को पता है, यह चाकू से नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है।
मित्रों, कई बार जो चीजें हम प्रार्थना में मांगते हैं वो हमारे लिए सही न हो इसीलिए वो हमें नहीं मिलती। आप अपनी प्रार्थनाओं से अपना विश्वास कभी मत खोना, आप यकीन मानना आपकी प्रार्थना का असर आपकी दुआओं का असर एक ना एक दिन जरुर रंग लाएगा।
तो दोस्तों, इन सुझावों से आप अपने परिवार एवं अपनी जिंदगी को खुशनुमा बनायें, बहुत बहुत तरक्की करें, यही मंगल कामना है।

Friends, we pray every morning or sometimes to our God that all is good, everything goes well. But sometimes our mind gets depressed. You forget the power of divine prayer or the power of prayers. Let us understand with some examples from below given example / story about this: -
Many people feel that God hears everyone's wishes, but does not listen to me, my wish is not fulfilled, my desires are not fulfilled, we do not get what we ask for. And many people do not ask for prayer in prayer, they feel that praying does not happen, because they feel that we have not received what we asked for after praying a lot. That is why we do not pray.
In fact, people do not understand the real meaning of prayer, the real emotion. This existence, which we also call nature, which we also call God, we are walking with the power of that.
In the Bhagavad Gita, Shri Krishna has said that whether or not he believes this person with Arjuna, nature has retained it.
Now let us first understand how prayer works. Just like there is an electricity connection of electricity in your house, does all the light burn automatically, does your phone automatically charge, no, you have to connect your phone's charger with electricity to charge your phone Does matter. Then your phone is charged. Just like when we connect the charger of our prayers with that ultimate power. Energy starts flowing through that ultimate power in us.
God is the name of the ultimate power, no one is our servant. What we ordered and our wish came true.
The biggest 3 benefits of praying are, one comes peace in you and your mind is calm and with a calm mind you get a better life and secondly, you have confidence in you, you can think ahead of your fears, Confidence comes in you, courage comes. The third thing comes a power in you, with the belief that God is with me, he will definitely help me. When you ask for help from God, by existence in prayer, then he definitely gives you help in some form or the other. But this does not mean that you do not do anything, saying that even God becomes nervous after seeing a lazy person. God does something for those who step forward to do something themselves.
There is a funny story related to this, once a farmer lived in a remote village. There was water in the pits all around. The rough road became slippery due to rain. In the morning, the farmer was going to the market to earn money with the bullock cart. But due to rain, he was having a lot of trouble. Yet the farmer was slowly moving his bullock cart carefully towards the market.But suddenly a pit came on the way and the wheel of the bullock got stuck in the pit and seeing this, the farmer started complaining to the divine in the mind that I am lacking the same amount of money, it is raining and my bullock cart from above in this mud Is stuck Started saying very vile things to God. That you intentionally hurts me and there is no one to help me here.God has done a lot of injustice to me. So that person said, then sitting here for so long asking his fate. Asking God or you yourself tried to get the bullock cart out of the mud, even once on your behalf. The farmer said no, I did not try, then the person said that you try to take out the bullock cart. I also help you, then together they threw the bullock cart out of the pit. Most people are like those who do not want to do anything themselves, and will keep cursing their fate, cursing God. He feels that God has done much wrong with him. Such is the nature of a human being, even when he does some good work, he does not give his credit to anyone and when something bad happens or neither does he make anyone responsible for it, tell someone else.
Unless you take a step for yourself, what can God or destiny do for you? Now you have a fan in your house, an air conditioner, how will it work until you turn it on.
Let me tell another story in this episode, a person lived in a village. He had heard from somewhere that whenever there is a difficulty, he must come to save God. One day it rained heavily in that village. The entire village was flooded. The person started coming to his knees, then a carriage came there and the person in the car also asked this person to sit in his car and walk, he said, I do not need you, I will come to save the divine.The carriage left from there, then the water started rising and that person died by drowning in water. When he went in front of God after dying, he started saying that he did not come to save me. I have heard this throughout my life that whenever there is a problem, God comes to save me, but why did not you come to save me, God said, I came to save you twice. Once as a carriage and once as a boatman, but you did not recognize me, did not understand, did not know.
Friends, by coming in this way, God helps us in some form or the other, but we do not understand it. God has no shape, all the shapes belong to him, all the color forms belong to him, whatever form he may help you with.
Your prayers will be affected by your prayers only when you have faith in your prayers, in your prayers, there is a lot of trouble, you will not get what you want to get. Like when a child insists his parents that he has to play with a knife and his parents stop him, refuse, don't understand why my parents stop me from playing with me. Behave like an enemy, his parents know, it can harm with a knife.
Friends, many times the things we ask for in prayer are not right for us, that is why we do not get it. Never lose your faith with your prayers, you believe that the effect of your prayers will definitely bring color of your prayers one day.
